Exchanges & Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will try to assist you with an exchange or refund.
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Please send your item to us using traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery. We can not offer refunds or exchanges if the product does not reach us. And please be mindful of time frame deadline when selecting a return postage method.
Please note once an order has been shipped and tracking confirmation is emailed to you, Amilita is no longer responsible for goods shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Sale items or Swimwear due to hygiene purposes.
Exchange postage to and from the customer, is to be paid for by the customer unless is by fault of Amilita. Items sent within 10 days of receiving will be exchanged for another item chosen by the customer.

Faulty item must be sent within 10 days of receiving, to be viable for a refund. We can not return for change of mind. International time frame will vary.
Please use measurement guidelines supplied on website to ensure you are choosing the correct size, we can offer exchange for a different size (at customers expense of post) but can not refund for choosing incorrect sizing.
